Teleworkers enjoy Gigabit Wi-Fi, and the back-yard comes pre-stocked with fresh firewood, marshmallow sticks, and a privacy fence ready for you to make great memories with the fam.

You will have full access to the property except for the garage, which is used as owner’s storage. We offer a contactless check-in via a keypad lock at the front door. The Bungalow is equipped with lockable doors throughout, and a set of “basic-necessity” beach supplies available for your enjoyment.

Quiet “Old Sarasota” neighborhood, approximately an 8 minute drive from the beach.

We live about 30 minutes away, and can come over to assist if there is an emergency. Otherwise, we are especially responsive over the “Chat with Host” feature on the AirBNB mobile app.

This is a quiet and tranquil community, and sounds tend to carry easily here. Please be mindful of your volume during your stay. There is a noise detector in the large Bedroom 3 which does not record or transmit audio – its only function is to report loud noises. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home at the entry, the corners of the house, the front yard, and the back-yard. There are no cameras inside. Please take measures to ensure everyone’s safety when enjoying the fire-pit, which must include adult supervision whenever children are present, and use caution with the bed in Bedroom #3. It is a low Japanese-style bedframe, and although it looks and functions great, it is quite possible to bang your shin on the bedframe if you are not careful. Thank you!

You will need a car to best enjoy Ben’s Bungalow. The neighborhood is quite walkable, but there is not very much within a 10 minute walk.
