This is an "Old Florida" residential neighborhood near the Sarasota International Airport. It is convenient to Bradenton, and North Sarasota, including the Ringling Museum, UTC mall, and the northern parts of Lakewood Ranch. Downtown is just slightly south - about a 15 minute drive.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the full house except for the garage, which is available as a laundry room for a small additional fee.
